This Position reports to:
Service Manager
Represents ABB as a Home Based, Field Service Engineer in the Kent area on customer paper manufacturing facilities.
As part of the Southern Service Team provide 24/7 support on site for ABB QCS and DCS equipment.
After initial ABB product training, you will be responsible to deliver the Service Agreement to scope, activities include Preventative and Corrective maintenance on ABB QCS/DCS equipment, configuration, calibration, modification, cleaning, adjustment.
Participate in a 1 week in 3 on Call Rota.
Develop a strong working relationship with customer across production and engineering
