We're looking for committed and detail-oriented

QFS Administrator

within our team on a

12-month fixed term contract,

to ensure all quality documentation is thoroughly reviewed, accurately maintained and properly completed, while providing consistent support to the team.

A Taste of What You Will Be Doing:

Maintaining and updating QFS documentation, records, and databases Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Assisting with training documentation Communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality processes Preparing reports and summaries for management review e.g. complaints, food review, etc. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business Supporting raw material risk assessments and ingredient traceability Communicating with suppliers to resolve quality queries and gather technical data Supporting the rest of the QFS team with day-to-day responsibilities

We're Looking for Someone With:

Experience in the food industry - desirable but not essential; we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Exceptional administrative abilities - with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise across teams. Excellent multitasking and prioritisation - able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of quality systems and standards - such as BRC and HACCP Tech-savviness - comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. A collaborative mindset - someone who thrives in a team setting and is open to continuous development.
