Qhse Co Ordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Co-ordinator to support our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) team. This is a key administrative role that helps ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, supports audits and inspections, and contributes to maintaining our QHSE accreditations.

Key responsibilities:



Maintain and update QHSE documentation, procedures and records. Assist with QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Log incidents and support investigations and corrective actions. Track training records, certificates and compliance documentation. Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions. Prepare reports and performance summaries including KPIs. Communicate QHSE updates and support training and inductions. Promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Essential skills and experience:



Previous experience in a QHSE administrative role. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience supporting audits and using document control systems (e.g., SharePoint).

Desirable skills and experience:



IOSH or similar safety certification Experience in a similar industry or with data analysis
