Location: IKM Testing UK (Aberdeen)
IKM Testing UK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Co-ordinator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and safety-focused environment, supporting our QHSE department in maintaining compliance, driving improvement, and promoting a strong safety culture.


Key Responsibilites




Maintain and update QHSE documentation and systems. Support internal, supplier, and third-party audits. Coordinate safety campaigns, environmental monitoring, and Net Zero initiatives. Maintain and produce COSHH assessments and assist in Health & Safety training. Promote continual improvement and a positive safety culture across the business.

Experience Required




Strong administrative skills and computer literacy Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001) Knowledge of internal audits and document control A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications




NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Previous experience in QHSE or Health & Safety roles
