Assistant General Manager

who's ready to turn up the heat, support our team, and help make this restaurant the go-to spot for island energy and incredible food.

What You'll Do

Be the right-hand to the General Manager - leading shifts, driving standards, and keeping service smooth and sizzling. Motivate and support the team - you're the heartbeat of the restaurant floor. Help manage rotas, training, and stock - keeping things running like a well-oiled grill. Bring good vibes and positive energy every day - guests and team members alike should feel the sunshine! Step up and take charge when needed - you've got this!

What We're Looking For

Experience in

restaurant or QSR management

- you know how to keep pace when it's busy. A team player with strong leadership skills and a hands-on attitude. A people person - you love great food, great service, and great energy. Organised, reliable, and ready to grow into a future GM role. Passion for Caribbean flavours or street food culture? Even better!
