Duties



Prepare and deliver dynamic mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and student engagement Design and implement assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback Develop innovative instructional materials and activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce concepts and address learning challenges Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance for reporting purposes Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational program and share best practices Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and pedagogical strategies

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary or university level, demonstrating effective instructional techniques Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, curriculum standards, and assessment methods Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities Experience working in an academic environment, preferably with university-level instruction or experience in higher education settings Ability to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, curiosity, and academic growth

Pay: 25,281.68-48,628.87 per year
