Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate QTS Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with the ability to develop engaging curriculum and utilize learning technology effectively. This role involves working with students of various ages, including children and adults, to enhance their learning experiences and academic performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students. Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to facilitate effective learning. Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to support students in their academic goals. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to track student progress. Adapt instructional techniques based on individual student needs, including those with special education requirements. Foster a supportive atmosphere for students, encouraging their personal and academic growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of curriculum development. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and early childhood education principles. Experience working with children or adults in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Background in special education is a plus, along with experience in lesson planning and classroom experience. Ability to utilize learning technology effectively to enhance the educational experience. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success.

Pay: 30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week
