We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA)

to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity and a new post for someone who has recently achieved their qualification or is in the early stages of their career (typically 1-2 years post-qualification) and is eager to develop further in a supportive and dynamic environment.

You'll receive one-to-one mentoring from your line manager, structured on-the-job training, and support for continuous professional development as you grow your client portfolio and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulations. Complete tax computations, returns, and provide proactive tax planning support. Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare management accounts and tailored financial reports for clients. Liaise directly with clients to provide high-quality financial advice and support. Contribute to the growth of client relationships and the wider business. Support and guide junior or trainee team members where appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support informed financial decision-making. Maintain awareness of changes in financial legislation and accounting standards to ensure compliance.

About You



Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent). Around

1-2 years' post-qualification experience

or recently qualified with relevant practical exposure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Proficient in accounting software and confident with technology. A self-starter who enjoys responsibility and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience mentoring or supporting colleagues is beneficial but not essential.

Must have the right to work in the UK.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
