Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ACCA/ACA qualified accountant to join our friendly forward thinking team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years practice experience working with SME's and have extensive knowledge of accounting software. This role is client facing so proficient communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
Duties
Pre and post year end meetings with clients Preparation of year end statutory accounts and corporation tax returns Preparation of quarterly and monthly management accounts Preparation of personal tax returns Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development within the finance team.
Qualifications
ACCA or ICA Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero is essential. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
