We Opened our first Blossom Barn Nursery in 2021 with an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted. We have since opened another 2 nurseries, with our 4th flagship Nursery opening in 2026!

We have an exciting career opportunity for a qualified Nursery practitioner to work in ALL locations as an Area practitioner as and where is needed. Your day will never be the same! For this role you must be a very confident and adaptable practitioner with an ability to read the room and help where is needed. (Our nurseries are all within 10 minutes of each other in the dunmow/stansted area)

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young children.

We have an exciting extra curricular programme with different activities on offer everyday including Balance Bike Lessons, Spanish, Forest School, Moo Music, Phonics with robot reg, Dance & Yoga. This is a wonderful experience for the children and also incredible on site training for our staff.

We encourage our staff to take children out into the big wide world using our Blossom Barn Mini-Bus for exciting trips.

At Blossom Barn, we feel it is important for staff to spend time with the children, therefore we ensure staff do not have lots of paperwork. We feel family and work life balance is important and therefore do not require staff to take work home with them.

Rates of pay for all positions are dependent upon experience and qualifications and will be discussed at the interview stage.
