Job Title: Qualified Early Years Assistant - Gables Nursery (0-2 years)

About the Role

Do you love tiny humans, messy play, and celebrating very small but very important achievements (like rolling over or holding a spoon)?
We're looking for a caring, energetic Early Years Assistant to help nurture, support and delight our 0-2 year olds during their most important early months.

You'll be part of a warm, friendly team where cuddles, curiosity and communication are all part of the job description.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing loving, responsive care to babies and toddlers Supporting children's development through play, exploration and everyday routines Changing nappies like a pro and spotting those just-in-timecues. Singing (even if you're not Beyonce), reading stories and chatting all day long Helping with feeding times, sleep routines and comfort when needed Creating a safe, stimulating and happy environment Observing, supporting and celebrating each child's unique development Working closely with colleagues and building strong relationships with families
The Superpowers We're Looking For

A kind, calm and patient nature A genuine love for working with babies and toddlers A good sense of humour (essential for messy moments!) Willingness to get down on the floor and join the play Ability to work as part of a team and follow routines A caring attitude and commitment to safeguarding
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of Level 2 Early Years qualification (or working towards) - Experience with 0-2 year olds - desirable but not essential Full training and support provided
