Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori is a well-resourced, independent, family-run Nursery with 4 locations across Northolt, Southall and Norwood Green.

As we have been growing and seeing an increase in the number of children joining the Snowflakes family. We are searching for passionate people who hold an applicable level 2 or 3 in Early Years, a Montessori qualification from the UK.

Requirements / Responsibilities

- Have a good or developing understanding of the individual needs of children.

- Have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS or be willing to develop it.

- Have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures.

- Be punctual, reliable, and able to use your own initiative.

- Be able to establish and continue developing professional and positive working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers.

- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

- A good level of spoken and written English is required.

Qualifications

- Level 2/3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent

OR

- At least 1 year experience in a nursery environment required

All necessary training will be provided

Hours of work

- Zero hour contract , hours dependent on nursery needs and performance

- Shifts are set on a weekly basis between the operating hours of 8am to 6pm.
