Job Description

Evolve are seeking a part time tutor for bridal hair & make up to deliver the level 3 make up courses to our students. You will be working weekdays and some weekends. Must have previous experience with working in such a fast paced setting. You must be a passionate individual with a love for teaching. You must be working to high industry standards and providing an exceptional education to our students.

Must have full level 3 qualifications, teaching and assessing qualifications.

- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized lesson plans.
- Help students improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' understanding of the subject matter.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Skills
- Educate: Possess a strong passion for education and a desire to help students succeed .
- Experience : Previous experience working with adult learners in an private setting is preferred.
- Communicate: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain concepts and provide feedback to students.
- Tutoring: Familiarity with tutoring techniques and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Special education: Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations for students with learning disabilities or special needs.
