We are seeking numerous, compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to manage and lead effectively. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development in a nurturing environment.

Duties

Deliver exceptional care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met. Create and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education principles. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Supervise daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare. Manage administrative tasks related to children's records and attendance.

Experience

Proven experience in childcare or nursery settings is desirable . Full and relevant childcare qualification. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children of various ages, demonstrating patience and understanding. Pay: 12.22-12.75 per hour
