About the role:

You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people (up to 18 years old) with emotional and behavioural difficulties in either single or dual occupancy homes, typically on a

2:1 staffing basis

. Working on a

2 on 4 off rota

, you will provide consistent care, support, and encouragement to help our young people achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality residential care in line with care plans Supporting young people's emotional, behavioural, and educational needs Acting as a positive role model Building trusting relationships to support development and independence Working effectively as part of a team and with external professionals Accurately completing reports, records, and documentation

What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People (Essential) Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties Full UK driving licence and access to a car during shifts (Essential) Enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated individuals with a non-judgemental attitude Flexible and adaptable, with strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work sleep-in shifts as part of the rota
