We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, reliable nurse who will blend well into our fully private dental practice in Bexhill, East Sussex.

Little Common Dental Practice is a family run, practice that offers implants, sedation, endodontics, periodontics, as well as general dentistry. We also offer a referral service for other dentists needing to use our specialist services.

The team consists of two general dentists, restorative consultant and a hygienist/therapist

Applicants must be registered with GDC.

You must be a team player who is pro-active and is used to working in a busy private practice, computer skills and knowledge of SOE would be a bonus. For your hard work and commitment, we will offer in return:

A full-time decontamination room nurse
Paid CPD, GDC registration & insurance,
All Uniforms including shoes.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Experience:

Dental assisting: 2 year (preferred) Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Valid GDC registration

Requirements:

NEBDN/NVQ qualification Previous experience working on reception desired Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care by assisting dentists during procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments. Utilize IT skills to manage dental software and maintain inventory of dental supplies. Communicate effectively with patients and team members, demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to GDC guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
