Pearl Dental is looking for a confident and enthusiastic qualified Dental nurse to join our award-winning dental team!

The ideal candidate will be patient focused and have dental nurse experience. They must also be passionate about the role and have excellent attention to detail. This position is only available for qualified dental nurses who also have a current registration with the GDC.

Pearl Dental is a rapidly growing 6 surgery dental practice. The practice has invested in state of the art equipment, such as a CBCT scanner, the EMS Prophylaxis Master to offer patients Guided Biofilm Therapy, a Primescan, 3 Itero scanners, endodontic handpieces, a CJ optik microscope and Straumann Dental Implant equipment. The practice is offering a wide range of cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, Dental implants, composite bonding, facial aesthetics, teeth whitening and much more. The practice also has an exclusive Invisalign zone and is an Invisalign Apex provider.

The practice has won awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 ,2022, 2023 and 2024 with both The Dentistry awards and The Private Dentistry awards for best patient care and best practice.

As a qualified dental nurse, you will already have experience of assisting the Dentist with a variety of treatments and be confident in running an efficient surgery.

The ideal candidate would also possess the following attributes:

Be passionate about delivering excellent patient care at all times

Be able to work with the team to make sure patients have a number of opportunities to discuss the options of their treatment

Understand the importance of teamwork within the surgery and how you can work effectively to support the dentists

Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills, using these to ensure that the practice delivers effective care

Understand NHS dentistry and private treatments, supporting offering treatment options to patients and how you can best drive surgery efficiency and help the performance of the practice

Be confident when working on the reception desk

Ensure that all practice policies and procedures are adhered to

Demonstrate your full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities

Embrace the importance of your own CPD which we are able to support you with by providing an online CPD subscription
