We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient welfare.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all information is up to date and confidential. Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high standard of care is maintained at all times. Stay informed about new dental technologies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

Skills

Proficient in IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Strong organisational skills to maintain an efficient working environment. Excellent command of English for effective communication with patients and team members. A commitment to providing outstanding patient care with empathy and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience as a nurse or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
