We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality dental services. As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring that the dental practice runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with practice policies. Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean and organised clinical environment. Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as required, utilising IT skills for record management. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications. Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions within the team and with patients. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Pay: 12.21-14.90 per hour
