We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide direct patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking medical histories, and answering any questions they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with practice protocols. Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment plans and post-operative care instructions clearly. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient management. Utilise IT systems for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory of dental supplies.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or qualifications. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for patient care and a friendly demeanour to help put patients at ease. Proficient IT skills for managing electronic health records and scheduling systems. Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
