We are a busy NHS and private Specialist Orthodontic practice located in Mickleover, Derby. We want our patients to enjoy their visits to us and rely on all of the team to communicate and interact with our patients producing a child-friendly and comfortable environment. We really enjoy what we do and are good at it.

We focus on a team approach to patient care and believe the right candidate will fit in well with our existing team, currently at 15 staff, and show a high level of communication skills, professional attitude, good motivation, proficient computer skills and be a reliable team player.

Your role will be to provide chair-side support to the orthodontists and orthodontic therapists and take orthodontic records e.g. intra-oral scans and clinical photographs. Don't worry, we will train you to do this. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, including radiography and treatment coordinator roles if you wish. Career progression is encouraged.

The practice has recently been extended and is modern with up-to-date equipment, intra-orals scanners, digital cameras, laboratory on site with a 3D printer, an X-ray suite and specialised dental software.

Salary-dependent on skill set and experience.

GDC annual registration and indemnity paid. CPD provided and funded. Paid courses e.g. radiography, subject to practice requirements.

Start date can be negotiated.
