Dental Nurse / Receptionist
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering exceptional service while efficiently managing both administrative and clinical support tasks. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about patient care.

Treatment Coordinator
. Experience with dental scanning technology is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to ensure optimal diary efficiency for the dentists.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Manage billing, payments, and finance applications.
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming.
Liaise closely with dental clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and stock/inventory tracking.
Follow up on leads and unbooked treatments generated from Google Ads; proactively engage with patients to convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure GDPR compliance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental, office, or administrative role preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Confident in managing multiple tasks and prioritising efficiently.
Knowledge of dental software and office systems (e.g., SOE/Exact, Dentally) is an advantage.
Motivated and proactive, with a sales-minded approach to lead conversion.
Friendly, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering quality patient care.
Willingness to assist in nursing duties (1 day per week) and develop into a Treatment Coordinator role (training provided).
Experience with digital scanning equipment is highly desirable.
