The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dental team with various procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, using IT systems effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to enhance patient experience.
Support the dental team in maintaining an organised and efficient work environment.
Skills
Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Background in nursing or relevant healthcare experience is preferred.
Familiarity with IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Exceptional organisational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
