Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide exceptional chairside assistance and customer service while managing both dental and administrative tasks of a busy dental practice. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for patient care.

Duties

Chairside Assistance Setting up and closing down dental surgeries completing all relevant checks Ensuring patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience Schedule appointments and manage the dental practice's calendar efficiently. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations. Process patient payments Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Utilise IT systems to update patient information and manage appointment bookings.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Dental Practice in a similar role Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills in , both written and verbal, to interact with patients and staff professionally A compassionate attitude towards patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. Implant Dental Nursing is desired but not essential Willing to learn and expand on skills
