Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly team at our well established Private Practice in Rodney Street providing Implant and General and Cosmetic Dentistry . As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Providing chair-side support to patients during treatment, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Preparing and maintaining the dental surgery and equipment, ensuring high standards of infection control are maintained at all times. Maintaining accurate records of patient care. Offering appropriate advice and guidance to patients on oral healthcare. Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and cleaned in accordance with practice protocols. Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:

An accredited dental nursing qualification. Dental Nursing NVQ L3 Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Nurse- paid by practice Indemnity - paid by practice Enhanced DBS check - paid by practice Full Hep B Vaccinations and Titre tested Experience in Implant nursing preferred but not essential. Previous experience working as a Dental Nurse within a dental practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in dental nursing. Excellent opportunities to obtain Radiography Certificate
