About the Role
We are looking for a
dedicated and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse
to join our nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in dental nursing who thrives in a large, multi-disciplinary practice and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership:
Supervise, support and develop a team of dental nurses across a multi-clinic practice.
Team Management:
Champion the onboarding process for new recruits.
Training & Development:
Mentor and provide continuous growth opportunities for dental nurses.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to infection control, GDC standards, and CQC regulations.
Clinical Excellence:
Maintain a high standard of patient care and implement improvements to patient journey.
Stock & Resource Management:
Maintain efficient stock control and liaise with suppliers.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact between nurses, clinicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
GDC- registered Dental Nurse
Minimum 5 years experience in a busy dental setting
Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Confident working across departments and under pressure
Passionate about high-quality patient care and team development
