Job Title: Dental Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our Orthodontic dental practice in providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the dentist during various Orthodontic treatment procedures
- Ensuring the dental surgery is prepared for each patient
- Providing excellent patient care and maintaining a calm and friendly environment
- Sterilising instruments and equipment
- Maintaining patient records
- Educating patients on dental hygiene and instructions following brace fitting
- Managing stock control of dental materials
- Utilising IT systems for patient records and appointment scheduling and other reception duties

Requirements:
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications - Post qualification in radiology would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Passion for patient care and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments
- Competency in IT systems for maintaining patient records

Pay: 13.00-13.75 per hour

Experience:

Dental assisting: 2 years (preferred) Dental Nursing: 2 years (required)

Valid GDC registration (required)
