Dental Nurse - Part Time/Full Time

We looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our friendly private and NHS clinic as a full time or part time, qualified dental nurse. We require someone with excellent communication skills, who can be adaptable, with a flexible and friendly attitude.

The Role of a Dental Nurse.

The role:

Perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting the dentist or hygienist Prepare and maintain the clinical environment Carry out infection prevention and control procedures Keep full, accurate and patient records Prepare equipment materials Process dental radiographs Monitor, support and reassure patients Give appropriate patient advice Displaying a calm and professional manner and ensuring patient care is of extremely high quality Decontamination and set-up of the surgery before and after each appointment Updating patient records onto IT systems Covering reception and other practice duties Working to strict health and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE

Essential experience and skills:

Candidates must be GDC registered Familiar with R4 Software of system preferable An excellent chair side manner and the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional way is essential
