TSa Dental Care is an independent dental practice based in the affluent suburb of West Bridgford in Nottingham. We are a mixed NHS and private practice (20% NHS/80% private). We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working dental nurse to join our friendly team. Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised. Provide excellent patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with GDC and CQC regulations and practice policies. Occasional reception duties including answering the telephone and booking appointments. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas, adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and team members, fostering a positive environment within the practice. Utilise IT systems for record keeping and appointment management efficiently.
Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the practice.
