Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Working 3 days per week - Tues, Wed & Thurs giving you the benefit of long weekends, with no late nights or weekends, as we like to ensure you have a great work life balance!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental services. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, Provide exceptional patient care by making patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed, utilising IT skills for data entry and management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sterile environment. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to improve patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

GDC Registration Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Strong IT skills for managing patient records and utilising Exact dental software system. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients, addressing their concerns with empathy. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to continuous professional development within the field of dental nursing. Pay: 12.70-13.70 per hour
