We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various clinical procedures. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting dental practitioners, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of care within our practice.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support patients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities or requiring memory care.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Qualifications
GDC registered.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including children and seniors.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Experience in specialized areas such as hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health is a plus. Join us in providing exceptional dental care while making a positive impact on our patients' lives!
Experience in dental implants, Oral surgery and orthodontics preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
Opportunity to train in phlebotomy and Radiography.

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
