Dental Nurse

Gentle Dental Care in St Andrews is seeking a qualified dental nurse to join our team.

We are a very friendly, non-corporate , 2-surgery dental practice based in the picturesque town of St. Andrews, Fife, providing private treatment for our adult patients and NHS care for children.

Your role

Main duties - Provide chair side assistance to the dentist, associate dentist and hygienists on a rotational basis. Decontamination and excellence in infection control, sterilisation of instruments, reception duties, stock control assistance. It is pivotal that you are able to provide holiday and sickness cover and be available to work some Saturday clinics. You will play an important role in a ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with all clinical and health & safety guidance.

Essential

GDC & PVG registered

Immunisations up to date.

Desirable

Competent in the use of Systems for Dentists (SFD) clinical software.

Working hours

Negotiable, but ideally 3 days per week.

Salary- From 13.50. The hourly rate will be negotiable. although will likely reflect your level of experience.

Negotiable depending on your level of experience, although they will reflect private practice.
