Fitz Park Dental Practice is located in the beautiful town of Keswick, the practice has been in the heart of Keswick for over 100 years and has been run by the onsite owners for over 23 years. We are a state of the art practice with very modern and up to date equipment. Teamwork has been a key component to our success over the years and our practice has achieved Denplan excel accredition which is a benchmark for excellence. Our focus is on delivering high quality dental care with a personal touch. We offer dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dental treatment as well as all aspects of routine dental treatment. Patient centred care is at the heart of what we do.

Role/requirements

- Assisting the dentist or hygienist during dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
- following practice protocols
-Occasional reception work
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Strong IT skills
- Mortivated team player
- Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Dental Nurse Diploma prefered but not essential as a trainee position could be considered (would need to be prepared to study and work towards the Level 3 diploma in dental nursing)
- Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience
- Minimum GCSE in 4 for Maths and English
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
