Qualified Dental Nurse

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dental nurse to join our lovely team.

We are a fully private practice offering exceptional dental care to Wedmore and its surrounding villages. Under the directorship of Jennifer Morecroft, we focus on providing excellent customer service and personalised patient care.

The practice is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Wedmore with access to shops, pubs and deli options for lunch. There is a village car park close to the practice which offers free parking.

A brief overview of employment duties include:

Helping our patients to feel calm and comfortable throughout treatment. Assisting our dentists and hygienists chair-side. Preparing and maintaining the clinical environment. Carrying out infection prevention and control procedures to the highest standard. Recording dental charting and oral tissue assessment carried out by the clinicians. Maintaining and promoting patient confidentiality. Assisting on reception and performing other clerical duties as required.
Experience in SOE Exact software would be desirable but not essential.

Full CPD support given.

The role is part time; hours still to be finalised. As a rough guide:

Monday

0815 - 1300 & 1400 - 1800

Tuesday

1400 - 1800

Wednesday

Day Off

Thursday

0815- 1300 & 1400 - 1930

Friday

0815 - 1430
Salary starts from 14.50per hour depending on experience.
