Role description: Calling Qualified Dental Nurses
Are you thinking about a management role but are scared to take the next step? Then look no further! We are looking for a Qualified Dental Nurse/Dental Practice Supervisor in our practice. This is a new role and we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the below skills and attributes so we can start to train you towards management. You will have to work 2/3 days nursing and the remaining days as a Practice Supervisor.
Able to supervise the practice in the absence of the Business Manager
Able to follow practice checklists and ensure that actions are delegated to the right person and followed up
Willing to be the first point of contact for team members, clinicians and visitors in the absence of the Business Manager
Organised, proactive and flexible
Well presented, reliable, and supportive
Excellent communication skills
. Able to problem solve in a crisis
Dental clinical knowledge is desirable however not essential
Can do attitude and proactive approach is essential as is a warm confident manner when communicating with people
