We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients while managing the administrative tasks of the dental practice. This position requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities



Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Requirements



Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Basic IT skills to manage scheduling software and electronic health records A background in nursing or patient care is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
