A position has arisen for a part time qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly team.
Start date: September / October
Candidates must:
Be qualified and GDC registered with at least 2 years of experience as a dental nurse with receptionist / treatment coordinator experience
Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Be dedicated to providing a first class customer service
Have excellent knowledge of SOE

Summary
As a Dental Nurse/Receptionist, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations within our dental practice. Reporting to the Practice Manager, your role combines nursing responsibilities with customer service excellence. You will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to assist patients, manage appointments, and maintain records in compliance with GDC regulations. Your proficiency in IT and nursing will enhance our team's efficiency, making you a vital asset in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care by assisting in specialist dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Manage reception duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries. Utilize IT systems for patient record management and billing processes. Maintain clear communication with patients and dental team members to ensure effective service delivery. Uphold organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and support a smooth workflow in the practice.
