Vacancy is for Tuesdays 9.00 to 6.30pm, and Fridays 8.00am to 5 .00pm

Bright Dental Surgery Mixed NHS/Private Practice

Training will be provided for suitable candidate

Prepare your surgery for the day

Ensure the surgery is always in a neat and tidy condition

Ensure that the compressor is switched on and valve closed

Ensure that the decontamination room is set up

Ensure that impression and material going to the lab are decontaminated.

They should be logged in and out of the practice using the book in the cupboard.

Do regular stock taking

Ensure that the store room is kept tidy at all times

Ensure that procedures are followed in relation to health and safety, cross infection and patient's

confidentiality maintained at all times.

Ensure that patient's consent forms are scanned into the patient's contact on the computer.

Always ensure that surgery materials and equipments are used with reasonable care to reduce

wastage, damage and loss.

At the end of the day, ensure that all necessary procedures are carried out regarding the suction

system and that the compressor, autoclave, washer disinfector, ultrasonic bath and the lights are

switched off and drained/valve closed.

Ensure that any other duties/ assignment given to you are carried out efficiently.
