We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dispenser/Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provide patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on medication usage. Ensure accurate medication administration, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and patient interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Keep the pharmacy area organised, clean, and compliant with health regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
