Deliver Outstanding Learning Experiences: Plan, implement and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities that inspire curiosity and support every area of the EYFS. Champion the EYFS: Ensure all practice reflects the EYFS principles, embedding pedagogy that promotes learning through play, exploration, and high-quality interactions. Be a Key Person: Build warm, secure relationships with a small group of children and their families, understanding their needs, interests, and next steps. Observe, Assess, and Reflect: Track and record children's progress accurately, contributing to their learning journeys and using assessments to plan for next steps. Safeguard and Promote Welfare: Always ensure children's safety and wellbeing, following safeguarding policies and maintaining a culture of vigilance and care. Work Collaboratively: Support and coach colleagues, contribute ideas, and help create a positive, professional, and reflective team culture. Create Inspiring Environments: Contribute to well-organised, stimulating play spaces that encourage independence, exploration, and discovery. Engage Families: Develop trusting, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing progress, celebrating achievements, and providing developmental support. Commit to Growth: Take part in continuous professional development, keeping your knowledge current with EYFS updates and best practice guidance.

About You

Qualified: Minimum Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education. Experienced: Experience within an early years setting, demonstrating sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development. Passionate: Deeply committed to providing the very best start in life for every child. Reflective: Able to evaluate your own practice and seek opportunities for improvement.
