'We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at The Haven Nursery School in Eastbourne. This role is vital in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners and supporting their developmental milestones.'

'Responsibilities'

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to early childhood development.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster positive behavior and social skills among children. Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's individual needs. Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and physical development. Monitor and assess children's progress regularly. Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities. Uphold health, safety, and welfare standards within the setting.'

'Qualifications'

Level 2 or Level 3 Experience in an Early Years setting preferred but not essential

Strong knowledge of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational activities. Familiarity with behavior management strategies. Certification in early childhood education or equivalent preferred. Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.'
Hourly rate will depend on age.

Interviews to take place when we return from the Christmas break in January.
