Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Educator/Nursery Nurse to join our friendly, professional and outstanding team to help us deliver exceptional care and high quality early education to children from one year old all the way until they leave for school.

We are a term-time only setting, open from 8:00 - 16:00 for 38 weeks a year, in line with the term dates offered by the schools within Harrow.

Your key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver interesting activities and educational opportunites in line with both the EYFS and individual children's needs Promote the health and safety of the nursery environment and safeguard the children in your care Observe and record the childrens' learning and development Provide warmth, kindness and care to all children throughout the day

Skills and qualification requirements:

Full and relevant childcare qualification - NVQ level 2 (if currently studying towards 3) or NVQ Level 3 (REQUIRED) Paediatric First Aid certificate (preferred) Food Hygiene certificate (preferred) Clear and fluent English language skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with the new EYFS Experience in a professional Early Years setting
