About the Role:

As an Early Years Educator at our setting, you'll play a key role in fostering a rich, engaging environment that supports every child's unique development. You'll be part of a team that is truly valued and appreciated, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to nursery life and receive ongoing training to help embed our ethos.

What We're Looking For:

A

full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare is required

A strong understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to observe, support and extend children's learning is desired Someone who can provide a stimulating, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and curious Commitment to supporting daily care routines and children's overall well-being An ability to plan and deliver learning experiences based on children's interests and development A team player who builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Enthusiastic, reflective, and genuinely passionate about working with young children
