Summary

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team area. This vital role involves nurturing young children, supporting their development, and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional early childhood education in a caring environment located in the heart of the community.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged from babies to four years. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages outdoor play and exploration. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Support the professional development of team members through leadership and mentorship. Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices aligned with Ofsted standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant early childhood education qualifications.

Pay: 25,146.68-26,505.96 per year
