Main Duties
Deliver the EYFS framework, meeting each child's individual needs
Maintain learning journeys and development records for key children
Build positive relationships with families and carers
Create a high-quality environment inclusive of all children's needs
Work as part of a supportive team
Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding practices
Lead or support additional roles such as SENCO, training coordinator, safeguarding officer
Support students, assistants, and volunteers
Follow all nursery policies and uphold our values both in and out of work
Required Skills & Qualifications
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (required)
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting
Ability to reliably commute to Wolverhampton (or plans to relocate before start)

Pay: From 26,984.00 per year
