Job Description

We are looking for a professional and caring Early Years Educator or Early Year Apprentice to come and work in our St Johns setting. We offer sessional term time preschool as well as all year round care for children aged 2-4. We would welcome a new team member who is looking to work within a preschool community of committed and dedicated people who strive to ensure the very best start is given to all the children within our care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an early years setting, however a childcare qualification is not essential as long as you are prepared to take on study to become qualified. This will be supported and facilitated by The Little Learning Tree.

The role will involve supporting children with their developmental next steps though well planned activities and sensitive, knowledgeable interactions based around their play.

We have two positions currently open for term time with the potential for an all year round option. With hours up 34 hours a week. Start date is 1st September 2025. For more information please contact us with your CV. Interviews can be arranged at a mutually convenient time for both parties.

Rates of pay are dependant on experience and qualifications.
