Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or above) who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Support children's development, learning and wellbeing Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Observe, assess, and record children's progress Maintain a safe and stimulating environment Uphold safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential) Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive and flexible attitude Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
