Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support each child's learning journey. Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions among children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting learning plans as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in early childhood education.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both children and colleagues. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. A proactive drive to create innovative learning experiences for young learners. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
