Job Description

Qualified Early Years Practitioner required to support children aged from birth to 12 years.

Must have at least 2 years experience of working with children from birth to 5 years.

Additional hours may be required to meet the business needs.

Opening hours are from 7:30am to 6pm.

Summary



As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will be instrumental in nurturing and educating young children in a nursery setting. This role requires a strong background in early childhood education and hands-on experience with children, ensuring their developmental needs are met. You will utilize your communication skills to engage with both children and parents effectively. Additionally, your leadership abilities will be valuable in guiding junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities



Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with management and leadership to enhance the overall quality of childcare services.
