Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team In our Chilwell setting, committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player along with experience of working with children in nursery or early childhood education settings. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while working in a supportive and professional environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment suitable for children's needs Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Manage daily routines including meal times, naps, and play sessions Lead by example to foster positive behaviour and social skills among children Assist with organising outings or activities outside the nursery or childcare facility as necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Proven experience working with children in childcare, nursery, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care requirements Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience in managing behavioural issues with patience and professionalism
